At LM Stick'Art, we want to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Be in its original state, unused and undamaged.
Returned in its original packaging.
Provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Custom items (made-to-measure stickers) are neither returned nor exchanged, except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at lmstickart@gmail.com by indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
Wait for our confirmation and the instructions for shipping.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
The initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges are not allowed. If you encounter a problem with an item, please follow the return procedure outlined above.
Some items cannot be returned:
Customized and tailor-made products.
Promotional items (except for defects or errors on our part).
